Unless you’re planning on doing extensive remodeling, make sure that any homes you are considering have the appropriate number of rooms for you and your family.

2) Stories – Some people love ranch-style homes while others adore multiple levels. When your narrowing down homes in the Laguna Niguel area, be sure to tell your Laguna Niguel realtor if you have a strong preference for one style or the other.

3) Bathrooms – Bathrooms are extremely important to most buyers and can be a huge asset if you ever sell your home. Re-plumbing a home can be a considerable undertaking, so be sure that you are happy with the number and sizes of bathrooms in the homes you view.
